Today SEMAPHORE News attended the MEC board meeting. We did not attend the Convocation volunteer meeting, which requires in-person attendance.

There will be a “quiet” room (names are being voted on in the Convocation Facebook group) for anyone who needs a space to sit quietly for a bit and gather themselves. This room is being sponsored by Twisted Willow, but they are looking for future sponsors.
We do note that, yet again, there were difficulties setting up the broadcast of the meeting, and the link to the online broadcast was not available until 15 minutes after the meeting started.
